How do I know if a specific aerobar is compatible with my bike?
Most of our aerobars are designed for standard 31.8mm handlebars. We provide detailed fitment guides on each product page, but you can also contact our technical support team with your bike model for a compatibility check.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide using premium carriers. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the warranty period on Profile Design products?
We offer a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers all original components but does not include normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my setup?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been mounted or used. Please visit our Returns Portal to start the process.
How should I maintain my carbon fiber components?
Carbon components should be cleaned with mild soap and water only. Avoid harsh chemicals and always use a calibrated torque wrench when tightening bolts to the specifications printed on the product.
Do you offer replacement pads for older armrest models?
Yes, we maintain a stock of replacement VELO and EVA foam pads for both current and many legacy armrest models to ensure your cockpit remains comfortable for years to come.
